Kasey Lloyd Psychologist + Coach

G’day! I’m Kasey.

There’s something you should know about me…

Kasey Lloyd Education

The Boring StufF

I am a registered psychologist; a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and the International Positive Psychology Association; and an accredited coach with Growth Coaching International. I hold a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from James Cook University and a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, where I graduated with Distinction.

Kasey Lloyd Background

The Important Stuff

For the past 15+ years I have worked with young people, adults, and groups in various roles. I dipped my toe into private practice in 2021, and took the leap in 2022. I am an authentic and compassionate psychologist and coach, and I aim to work collaboratively with my clients to help them make meaningful, sustainable changes in their lives.

The core values of my practice are inclusion, empathy, and kindness. My approach is far from impersonal, and I don’t want my clients’ experience to feel clinical. Rather, I want my clients to leave my sessions feeling understood, energised, and motivated.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I respectfully acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of the land on which I live and work, namely those of the Bundjalung Nation and the Yugambeh language region. I recognise and value their continuing connection to land, waters and culture and pay respect to Indigenous Elders, past and present. I also gratefully acknowledge the Yolngu people, to whom I am forever indebted for their generosity and teachings.
